1. Is it true that Arts2go sells only original works of art?

Yes. We only sell original works, devised and conceived by our artists. The handling of the master pieces is of high quality. We use first level materials. Also, we provide our customers with a “Certificate of Authenticity” of each painting.

2. Is it safe to make payments with my debit or credit card?

Of course! 4. How is my order sent?

The work of art will ship via DHL, a leader company in mail and freight services. All our shipments are fully insured; which will guarantee that you only think about enjoying your master piece.

5. Is there a Satisfaction Guarantee?

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your work of art, we will gladly accept a return for refund (Less handling & shipping). The work of art must be returned within 7 days from date of delivery.

To return a work of art sold by Arts2go.net, please use the same packaging it was shipped in, also if possible; return your package via the same carrier that delivered your order. Please be sure to insure delivery. The work of art must obviously be in perfect condition when it is returned to us.

6. Will I have to pay custom duty?

This varies from country to country. Generally our customers will not have to pay duty. In most countries hand-painted works, do not attract duty; however, please check the Customs or the postal authorities in your country if you have any questions.

8. How can I order a work of art?

1. Select the master piece you want to buy.

2. Click the “Add to cart!” button, and once you had finished you selection, click on “Check out”.

3. Fill in the forms with the information requested.

4. Your payment with credit card will be processed by 2Checkout.com, a recognized world-wide company with SSL technology that is known to have a strict security in the managing and handling of data like credit card numbers, names, directions etc. Later you will receive a confirmation email from us.

5. Once we ship your work of art, we will email you the tracking information, so you can verify with DHL the status of your order.
(The packaging process could take up to 7 days. Shipping times varies between 3 and 10 days depending on the delivery country).

9. Which are the delivery times?

Ever since a master piece is ordered, our team begins to work. We handle and package each work of art with extreme care, to guarantee that it arrives to your hands in perfect conditions. This process can last up to 7 days. Shipping could take between 3 and 10 days depending on the delivery country.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once the order leaves our facilities, we will email you the tracking information; then follow the email’s instructions. (This tracking is a DHL service).

11. Do you offer framing services?

Currently we are not offering this service. However some of our works of art are already framed by our artists. If a work of art is already framed, we will specify it in the product’s description.
